The events that led to Chelsea Lazkani's divorce are coming to light.
Seven months after the Selling Sunset star filed for divorce from Jeff Lazkani after nearly seven years of marriage, fans are getting a sneak peek at a bombshell moment from the show's eighth season—premiering on Netflix Sep. 8—between Chelsea and frenemy Bre Tiesi.
The moment—previously teased in the first trailer for the new season—sees Bre setting aside her feud with her fellow real estate agent to deliver news regarding Chelsea's estranged husband.
"I don't know how the f--k this is supposed to come out of my mouth right now," Bre starts. "A friend I've known for a couple of years—Amanda—asked to go to lunch. She told me that her friend, who she's still very close with and sees, lives at the W Hotel in Hollywood, and that he saw your husband at the W Hotel in Hollywood with some girl."
Bre added that the friend saw them "making out in the lobby" and that he's actually "seen them multiple times."
And while Bre noted that she and Chelsea have had their differences, she wanted to come to her "woman to woman because I've been here," referencing her ex-husband Johnny Manziel.
"I know you don't necessarily care for me," she continued, "but I wouldn't wish this on you or anyone ever. Like I've seriously been there and it's awful. But regardless, it was brought up, she said it, and I feel like you have the right to know."
Chelsea kept her composure during the conversation, although her eyes began to well up with tears towards the end.
E! News has reached out to reps for both Chelsea and Jeff, as well his lawyer, but has not heard back.
News of the 31-year-old and Jeff's split was first made public in March when Chelsea—who shares kids Maddox, 5, and Melia, 3 with Jeff—filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences and asking for spousal support, according to court documents obtained by E! News.
In his response, Jeff asked to terminate the court's ability to award her spousal support, and in a declaration—written in support of his application—alleged there had been times when Chelsea "would start an altercation with me, only to pull out her cell phone and record my response, as if to try and catch me speaking in a hostile or aggressive manner after provoking me by being derogatory or disrespectful to me."
"In the past, [Chelsea] demonstrated that she is capable of being physically violent and aggressive," the filing noted. "For example, about a year ago, [Chelsea] struck me in the face, breaking my glasses and causing a small cut on the side of my face. I have never put a hand on [Chelsea] in a physically aggressive way."
As for Chelsea, she recently got candid about her divorce, saying that she's trying to navigate it as best as she can.
"I'm in mess again," she admitted to E! News in June. "I done did it again. I know, I'm so sorry."
She added, "I'm not a mess this time, I'm in mess. Usually I create it, this time I landed right in it."
And during this stressful time, she's thankful to her friends and costars Chrishell Stause and Emma Herman, saying they have been her "rocks throughout this season."
"The funny thing is that when you associate yourself with the mess, you end up in mess too," she noted. "So, unfortunately, they got themselves intertwined a little bit but they're here for it."
